At a luxury waterfront condominium in Aventura, NEO-K coordinated permitting for a series of high-value residential improvements within one of South Florida's premier communities. The project included structural restoration, private garage enhancements, and multiple permit revisions requiring close collaboration among engineers, contractors, condominium management, and City reviewers to keep construction progressing under strict regulatory oversight.

The project combined two highly specialized scopes: structural restoration of post-tension concrete systems and the conversion of an existing storage area into a custom private vehicle gallery. Delivering both within an occupied high-rise required careful planning, regulatory coordination, and continuous collaboration among engineers, contractors, condominium management, and City officials.

Rather than a single permit, our team coordinated multiple permit applications, revisions, and technical reviews as the scope evolved throughout construction — post-tension slab restoration, concrete rehabilitation, structural modifications, electrical upgrades, fire-rated assemblies, and municipal approvals for the new garage facility. As additional structural deficiencies were uncovered, NEO-K coordinated permit revisions, engineering documentation, and agency approvals while maintaining project continuity and minimizing disruption to building operations.
