I'm Camila Osorio. I'm a Certified General Contractor, a Certified Roofing Contractor, and I hold an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development. For 19+ years I've worked inside Miami-Dade's regulatory environment — and I started NEO-K because too many projects stall not from bad construction, but from the permitting and compliance maze around it.
Our work goes right up to where an attorney begins: we broker the difficult conversations with reviewers, represent clients at hearings, and resolve violations and unsafe-structure cases that most firms won't touch.
My vision for this work is simple: permitting demands the most qualified people available, so that's who I've built NEO-K around. I made a deliberate choice to train architects who work remotely on our team — because someone who reads construction plans the way an architect does can communicate far more effectively with plan reviewers and resolve technical challenges more easily. That isn't a shortcut; it's how we move complex projects through review without the back-and-forth that stalls everyone else.
